1976, March: Yard no. 34 becomes our first Offshore Supply Vessel delivered, 034 - Stad Breeze

1985, January: Newbuilding number 50 delivered, Skomvær

1991, March: Yard no. 75 becomes first AHTS delivered, 075 - Far Sea

2000, August: First ship delivered in the new milennium was Newbuilding no. 100, Lunar Bow.

 2007, July: Yard no. 114Dina Merkur was no. 100 of the PSV UT755 to be built.

2013, July: With a length of 96 meters, Yard no. 129 - North Pomor was the largest ship ever to be delivered by Simek.

June 2014: Delivery of one of the largest and most advanced vessels built by Simek, Yard no. 127  - Stril Server.

September 2015: With Yard no. 132 being the latest addition to our order book, Simek has work until Christmas 2016. We currenty employ approx. 240 workers who all are busy with the current project, Yard no. 131. Expected delivery of this vessel will be in Q1 2016.

August 2016: Secured deal qith Sealord, largest contract ever in value worth well over 400 million NOK. Yard no. 135.

Expected delivery in Q1 2018.

 

 

 

134 - Towing underway

The tugboat named "FFS Amaranth" left Vistal shipyard in Gdynia, Poland 21st of August with the blocks for Simek yard 134. The towage has an estimated duration of about four to five days, depending on weather during the voyage.

Yard no. 134 will be delivered to its owners in December 2017.

Slepebåten "FFS Amaranth" er underveis med slepet av Bygg nr. 134 fra Gdynia i Polen til Simek i Flekkefjord. Slepet er ventet å ta fire til fem dager, avhengig av været underveis.

Bygg nr. 134 skal leveres i desember 2017
